How to get to the Venue

Pre-registered Participants
Access your Confit account and check that the QR code is displayed. (If you do not see the QR code, your registration has not been completed and you should contact the Local Secretariat Office.) On the day of the congress, display this QR code on your smartphone or show a printout of the QR code at the registration desk located on the 1st floor of Hall C, C Block, Tokyo International Hall. The staff will read your QR code and check your registration status. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a congress kit, which includes your entry pass card, participation certificate and more. You will need your given entry pass card to access all scientific sessions, social events and exhibitions taking place on-site. Therefore, please make sure you pick up your congress kit at the registration desk and wear your entry pass card while on-site.

Registration of accompanying persons
Please note that the entry pass card for a pre-registered accompanying person is included in the registrant's congress kit. Therefore, the accompanying person, if apart from the registrant, cannot pick up solely their entry pass card at the registration desk.

Please note:
Accompanying persons are not permitted to participate in the scientific program, including co-sponsored seminars. Accordingly, they cannot be provided with food and drink distributed at the co-sponsored seminars.
On-site Registration is Available
On-site registration is also accepted at the registration desk at the venue. On the day, you will be asked to fill in the required information on a registration form provided at the registration desk and pay the stipulated registration fee. The registration fee can only be paid by credit card or cash in Japanese yen. Following payment, you will receive a congress kit, including your entry pass card, participation certificate and more.

Certificate of Participation
A certificate of participation will be included in each person's congress kit, which you will receive at the registration desk on-site.
Certificate of presentation
For a certificate of presentation, a separate application is required. Please follow the URL below and fill in the required information to apply. After it is confirmed that the presentation was delivered at the congress, your certificate will be sent to the registered email address within 10 days after the congress. The presentation certificate is only available in a digital format (PDF).

CINP 2024 Scientific Program
Participants can attend the entire CINP scientific program, which takes place in halls 1 to 10. They can also attend the JSNP/JSCNP Joint Conference program that will be held concurrently in halls 11 to 17. The basic language of these programs is Japanese, though some sessions are available in English or with simultaneous interpretation. For more information, see the online program.
For domestic participants of CINP 2024
Domestic participants of CINP 2024 can also attend the JPPS 2024 Congress – just present your CINP 2024 entry pass card at the JPPS 2024 Congress venue.

Industry Academic Collaborative Program
Participants can join in all of the Industry Academic Collaborative Program. Meals will be provided at the co-sponsored sessions: Participants will be offered a traditional Japanese boxed lunch at the co-sponsored luncheon seminar, a breakfast set at the co-sponsored morning seminar and a selection of Tokyo’s sweets and snacks at the co-sponsored symposium in the afternoon.
Food and drink will be distributed in a limited quantity at each co-sponsored session. The distribution of food and beverages is not ticketed and is on a first-come, first-served basis. If you arrive after the food and beverage service has finished, you are still welcome to attend the session.
Vegetarian and Halal meals are also available.
Online Abstracts and Program Viewing on Confit
Due to environmental considerations and in light of the SDGs, for CINP 2024 and the JSNP/JSCNP Joint Conference, the accompanying abstract collections are available online only. To access the submitted abstracts on Confit, a specific login is required.
Accessing the viewing site
Participants who have completed pre-registration will receive an email around one week before the meeting to their registered email address, detailing how to access the abstract viewing site. Your password can then be found by logging into your Confit account.
Please note that for those who register on the day of the congress at the venue, a password will be given to you after you have completed the registration process.

Gala Dinner Cruise Participants
The Gala Dinner Cruise has a limited number of seats available and prior booking was required. At present, the cruise is at capacity and the registration process has been closed.
For those who are registered, a certificate of participation for the Gala Dinner Cruise will appear at the bottom of your entry pass card. If you cannot see this certificate on your card, or if you have any problem with your participation or payment, please visit the Gala Dinner Cruise Enquiry Desk during the office hours below. Please note that after 17 May, we will be unable to respond to emails or telephone enquiries regarding the cruise.

On the day of the Gala Dinner Cruise
Participants will be transported to the cruise ship boarding port via a chartered shuttle bus running to and from the International Forum at the CINP congress venue.
Bus Stop: Ground Floor Glass Building entrance on the side facing Tokyo Station
Bus Departure Time: 17:30
Boarding will take place in the order in which guests arrive at the bus stop and the bus will depart as soon as it is full.
So we can allow for the anticipated traffic and avoid any delay to the cruise departing, participants are kindly asked to be punctual. Please note that the CINP/Local Congress Operating Office will not be responsible for participants who miss the bus for any reason. In the event that this should occur, you will need to travel to the boarding port on your own.
Exhibition
Pharmaceutical manufacturers, associations and societies related to the field of neuropsychopharmacology will come together with useful information and the latest topics. There are two venues, and you are encouraged to actively gather information at each of them!

CINP Members' Lounge
There is a hospitality lounge available exclusively to CINP members. It is a calm and relaxing space, ideal for taking it easy between lectures or enjoying conversation with old friends you have reconnected with at the conference. Free Wi-Fi is also available in the lounge, making it ideal for working. Whether you are an existing or future member, please feel free to drop in and enjoy your stay.

Participant Support Desks
With the support of the Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau, bilingual volunteer staff will be stationed at desks throughout the exhibition. Please feel free to ask them for advice not only on what to do at the venue but also on sightseeing, shopping and places to eat in Tokyo, as well as any problems or questions you may have during your stay in Japan.

The Tokyo Convention & Visitors Bureau will be offering several complimentary programs specially tailored to provide overseas registered participants with various experiences of Tokyo and its vicinity, from nature and culture to other attractions. Cultural Experience Lounge
At the congress, there will be a hands-on cultural area where visitors can try their hand at amezaiku and a tea ceremony. This can be found in the Cultural Experience Lounge, where you can also enjoy a hospitality space, a drinks corner and a photo session, as well as make use of the participant support desk staffed by bilingual volunteers. Please use this space to relax during your participation in the congress.

Join CINP 2024 in taking on the SDGs!
CINP 2024 aims to significantly reduce plastic waste as an attempt against the SDGs. Water tanks are located throughout the venue for you to freely fill your own bottle. We encourage all participants to bring their own bottle and support our challenge.
Wi-Fi Access Points
Wi-Fi services will be available exclusively for participants in the following areas. The network name (SSID) is different in each area, but both services can be used with the same password, which will be provided at the venue.

Lost and Found
If you find a lost item at the venue, please leave this with the nearest staff member or drop it off at the General Information Desk in the reception area of 1F C Block. Conversely, if you have lost an item, please check whether it has been delivered to the General Information Desk.
After the congress, all found items will be left at the Lost and Found desk of the Tokyo International Forum (in the Disaster Prevention Centre on floor B1).
