Japan implements visa exemption measures for some countries and regions for short-term stays. Please
check the following website for visa exemption countries.

* Please note that even exempt countries may require a visa acquisition procedures depending on the type
of passport, such as the Note on Exemption of Visa (Short-Term Stay) information
page.

* This deadline and visa support documents do not guarantee visa approval.
- You have completed the online registration.
- Your registration fee and visa support fee have been paid.
* Visa support fee: 25,000 JPY/per person/ non-refundable for any reason
(not include Visa Application Fee)
* Participants who register as an accompanying person for a participant who meets the above
requirements are also eligible for VISA document support. If you have any inquiries, please send
an email to the Visa Documents Support
Desk.
The accompanying person is also required to pay the support fee. The accompanying person for the same itinerary as the registrant is 10,000 JPY/per person. (non-refundable for any reason)
* The CINP2024 may decide whether or not to provide a personal guarantee for the visa
documents.
The following documents will be issued to the applicants who have met all of the above conditions:
- Invitation letter
- Letter of guarantee
- Letter of reason for invitation
- Schedule of stay
- Certificates of employment
The maximum guarantee period for CINP2024 is as below.
* If you wish to extend your stay before or after
the guaranteed conference period, you may apply for a tourist visa at the discretion of the Japanese
Embassy or Consulate.
Visa support fees are non-refundable for any reason.
Therefore, if you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Japanese Embassy or Consulate nearest
your residence in advance and request for visa document support.
- Since obtaining a visa may take some time, we recommend that you first contact the Japanese
Embassy/Consulate General where you live.
Please ask the officer there for the detailed procedure and what documents you will need (you may need
to make an appointment).
(In addition to the documents prepared by the inviting person/guarantor in Japan, you may be required to
present some documents or submit the original documents. However, as it depends on the local decision,
please check with the Embassy/Consulate General).
- Please note that the documents that we prepare for your visa application do not guarantee that you
will be granted a visa to enter Japan.
Application to the Japanese Embassy or Consulate General of Japan should be made at your own
responsibility. Fees to be paid to the Japanese Embassy or Consulate for visa application and issuance,
transportation and communication expenses are the responsibility of the applicant. CINP2024 will not be
responsible for this or any cancellation of travel expenses including air tickets, hotel reservations,
etc. caused by not being able to obtain a visa.
- All the visa documents prepared by us will be sent to you by email.
Only if the local Japanese Embassy or Consulate General requires the original documents, they will be
sent to you by EMS or DHL.
Please note that in such cases, the postage must be paid in advance by the applicant (the actual cost
will be verified and charged to you).
- If you fly to Japan via another country, please confirm in advance whether you need a transit visa, as
this will also be your responsibility.
- Please note that we do not provide any support for free invitation letters.
In order to prepare the visa support documents, we need the following information first.

*If your passport will have less than 6 months left when you arrive in
Japan in late May 2024, we recommend that you obtain a new passport before contacting us or
applying for a visa.
